I managed to send out all my Christmas cards today. The guy at the post office gave me the weirdest look while we were sorting the cards into Canada, US, and International. I guess having one card to Sweden, one to Puerto Rico and one to the UK is odd.

Other than that, just getting all my Christmas stuff done. I hope everyone is having a nice relaxing holiday.

Well, I went out with Conal today and it was very nice. I took the train downtown, walked to his place. We talked a bit and then went on a gigantic walk before heading to dinner. Talked over dinner. Got our leftovers wrapped and gave them to homeless people. Walked arm in arm back to his place, and then talked until... 11:00 upon which time he walked me back to the train station and we hugged before I left.

I don't care if it was a date or not, I just had a great time talking. A fun time out with a friend. All in all a Good night.

What does one do when a man that you have a teensy tiny crush on asks you out for dinner and a movie?

In all honesty, this work gives me something to focus on other than my mother's constant moping. We've been trying to move for four years +, and we have another house but there are so many legal issues with the land/previous owners that we haven't been able to move. This year she has taken it upon herself to cry in her room about how much she hates living in this house.

Um.

What am I supposed to do about that? I'm happy we can have a house like this. And in the end, a house is just... a house. The basement is cave-like and my bathroom is threatening to fall through the ceiling, but those are just things. I've lived in this place my whole life and although it may not be home to you, it's home to me.

EFRGHNHGFD Frustration aside.

In other news, I got my H1N1 shot today. Arm is still sore but whatever. I've been playing Assassin's Creed 2. It is amazing and I have a gigantic girlcrush on Ezio. He's so manry. Donated a bit of money to Child's Play too.

Work work work all the time. Have to finish two projects this weekend, and I have an exam tomorrow. Missed my dance class tonight because I was just printing and mounting everything. Time to get at it!

So I just found out that I got a shitty mark on my project before I even handed it in.
